  • What's the Payment Schedule? All payments are due in full at the time of booking to reserve your slot.  Add-ons can be chosen at time of booking or closer to the date.  
  • What about rain?  In the event of rain, we will move the ceremony into our pavilion.  Same gorgeous views, less soggy.  See our gallery for sample rain location staging.
  • What's your cancellation policy?  Unfortunately, we can't refund or re-schedule after booking.  Cancellation insurance is an (optional) insurance you can purchase through many reputable insurance companies that may help.  
  • What will the decor be like?  We will use our Original Style (see here), which is our most popular amongst couples.  It is a modern, moody boho style.
  • Tell us about the included officiant: Our officiant will reach out ahead of time to get to know you and your desires for your ceremony.  We are same-sex friendly and can be as religious or non-religious as desired.  You are welcome to bring your own officiant, but pricing will remain the same
  • Tell us about BYOB:  We provide the bartender (and security), you provide the drinks!  Our bar company will chat with you ahead of time to determine what you'll need to bring (or if you'd like for them to bring for a small fee).  Because of the variety of drinks possible, we do not provide cups.   We will provide a tea and water setup.  
  • Can we bring our own food?  Snacks can be brought into the get-ready suite during the rental time (everything will need to be removed before the ceremony), but our shorter Micro-wedding time slots and quick turnaround times don't leave enough time for catering and full-meal cleanup before our next couple.  We offer a fabulous charcuterie add-on if you want to feed your people after your ceremony.
  • How does the retrobus photo-booth work?  We have an ipad set up in the bus and will send you an album of your photos after your wedding.    
  • Do you provide the photographer?  Not at this time.  We have a fabulous list of preferred vendors, though.  You can see those HERE.  
  • What if I want more hours?  You are welcome to combine two time slots, extend our Golden Hour slot (for a fee) or book a full wedding on a different date.  Please inquire.
  • Anything else I should know?  Taxes and fees aren't included in the price. Day-Of Insurance required (about $175/slot).  All personal belongings must be removed from the get-ready suite before the ceremony to allow for cleaning.
