FAQs:

What's the Payment Schedule? Due in full at time of booking
What about rain? In the event of rain, we will move the ceremony into our pavilion. Same gorgeous views, less soggy. See our gallery for sample rain location staging.
What's your cancellation policy? Unfortunately, we can't refund or re-schedule after booking. Cancellation/postponement insurance is an (optional) insurance you can purchase through many reputable insurance companies that may help.
What will the decor be like? We will decorate 6 round wooden dining tables, the ceremony arch and 6 cocktail tables for your day. We are also able to set out items you bring for a welcome table and cake table. We will have a one-hour planning session to dream together!
Tell us about BYOB: We provide the bartender (and security), you provide the drinks! Our bar company will chat with you ahead of time to determine what you'll need to bring (or if you'd like for them to bring for a small fee). Because of the variety of drinks possible, we do not provide cups. You may choose to have a mocktail service or table bussing en lieu of alcohol service if your party doesn't imbibe.
Can we bring our own food? Yes! Please just keep the faster timeline in mind if you're hiring a caterer or having food delivered. Departure time is strict and all food service items must be cleaned up by you before you head out (we handle the deep clean).
How does the retrobus photo-booth work? We have an ipad set up in the bus and will send you an album of your photos after your wedding. Guests can text themselves their photos, also.
Anything else I should know? Taxes and fees (credit card/ACH) aren't included in the price. Day-Of Insurance required (about $120/slot) and must be in the couples' name through our provider, Vertical Insure. All personal belongings must be removed from the get-ready suites before the ceremony to allow for cleaning between Micro-Day slots.
